Alloy Digital Systems LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of ChairSense, respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect after you do.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

support@chairsense.online

Please include the following in your request:

  1. Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  2. The phone number and/or email address associated with your ChairSense data.
  3. The name of the salon or barbershop where you booked (if applicable).
  4. A brief description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., all data, SMS records only, account data).

What Happens After You Submit

Some data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law or for legitimate compliance purposes, including:

Instagram and Meta Data

If you are a salon operator who connected an Instagram Business account to ChairSense, you may also revoke ChairSense’s access directly through Meta Business Suite at any time. Upon revocation, ChairSense will permanently delete your stored authorization token within 30 days. Previously published posts will not be removed from Instagram.
