Data Deletion Request

Alloy Digital Systems LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of ChairSense, respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect after you do.
What Data We May Hold About You
Depending on how you have interacted with ChairSense, we may hold:
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Appointment history associated with a salon or barbershop that uses ChairSense.
- SMS consent records and message logs (opt-in/opt-out events and timestamps).
- If you are a salon operator: your account credentials, billing information (held by Stripe), and any connected Instagram authorization tokens.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The phone number and/or email address associated with your ChairSense data.
- The name of the salon or barbershop where you booked (if applicable).
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., all data, SMS records only, account data).
What Happens After You Submit
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Eligible data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days of verification.
- We will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Data We May Retain
Some data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law or for legitimate compliance purposes, including:
- SMS opt-out records, which must be retained to honor your opt-out under TCPA regulations.
- Transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
- Data subject to a pending legal hold or regulatory inquiry.
Where we retain data for compliance purposes, we will inform you of the reason and the expected retention period.
Instagram and Meta Data
If you are a salon operator who connected an Instagram Business account to ChairSense, you may also revoke ChairSense’s access directly through Meta Business Suite at any time. Upon revocation, ChairSense will permanently delete your stored authorization token within 30 days. Previously published posts will not be removed from Instagram.
